Retreat program
Blue Mind retreat is ran with an exclusive seven day getaway, scheduled throughout the month. Our program is designed to maximise your time within the week to really feel and see the benefits of blue mind and to leave us feeling more connected to your true self!
We have split our program into three separate sections; all of which pay a vital role within your stay and your journey.
Flow
The art of creating mental clarity and space through the movement of our bodies; surfing, yoga, hiking and higher intensity exercise all gift us with the space to clear our mind and to bridge the gap between our physical and mental wellbeing.
Depth
The introspection within one’s self is crucial in creating a balance life, our external is a reflection of our internal. This is where our meditation, breath work and ice bath work shops will come into play; these healing practices give us pure presentness through the art of stillness .
Surge
The realisation that a wave is a part of the ocean, we are all connected and find a perfect trinity between our physical, introspective and our time for connection. The connection between us is the most important aspect of our program, our connections are what drive the course of our lives. We aim to create a community of likeminded people to bring us all together, Blue mind gifts the perfect environment to do so!
